The pull out couch was broken, exposing sharp edges. There were no linens or pillows provided for the sofa bed, and when they finally delivered them, it was inadequate. Breakfast was below subpar, with no replenished options and poorly made items. Overall, I had high expectations but was left disappointed with the level of service and upkeep.

The chef's joyful songs while preparing omelets made breakfast delightful, but ongoing flirtation from staff with my minor sister was concerning.

Stayed here for a short weekend trip in Independence and got great value for money. The omelet guy was fantastic and made breakfast enjoyable despite the chaos. Check the cleanliness of your room before settling in.

Happy hour offered nice snacks and drinks. One elevator was down, which made getting around a hassle. Room was clean and spacious.
