Great coffee in the morning!
The pull out couch was broken, exposing sharp edges. There were no linens or pillows provided for the sofa bed, and when they finally delivered them, it was inadequate. Breakfast was below subpar, with no replenished options and poorly made items. Overall, I had high expectations but was left disappointed with the level of service and upkeep.

The chef's joyful songs while preparing omelets made breakfast delightful, but ongoing flirtation from staff with my minor sister was concerning.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and genuinely eager to assist with any requests. The suite was spacious, immaculate, and equipped with modern amenities that enhanced my comfort. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast featured a variety of items, including made-to-order omelets, which I found delightful.
Some common areas showed signs of wear and tear.

The atmosphere was enjoyable, highlighted by the exceptional staff who made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was a standout, with delicious offerings, including made-to-order omelets that were a delight. However, my suite was in a dark corner, and the stained floors and walls detracted from the experience. Additionally, the advertised games for guests were outdated and damaged, which was disappointing, as well as the pool being temporarily closed during my stay.

The room size was perfect for our group of two adults and three kids, providing ample space for everyone. The location was convenient for our visit to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was marred by a messy room, including unclean linens and an overall lack of cleanliness which really overshadowed our stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 05great locationmade-to-order optionspoor cleanlinessunnecessary fees
The location was great, but the hotel had quite a few shortcomings. The cleanliness wasn't up to par with dust in the corners and broken amenities. Breakfast was decent with made-to-order options, but the parking fees felt unnecessary, especially for an insecure lot. Still, it met some basic needs.

The breakfast option was satisfying. The cook preparing omelettes was engaging and cheerful, which made the morning feel special. Additionally, the family suite was spacious enough for us to move around comfortably during our stay.
